Therapy for Relationships/Couples, Individuals, & Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

We all find ourselves looking for ways to grow and change. I am here to support that journey.

You can live a connected, present life.

You might feel disconnected from those you care about. Or you may feel like you don’t understand your emotions or thoughts. Through Relationship/Couples Therapy, Individual Therapy, or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy:

  • You can explore and understand your emotions.

  • You can connect with your needs.

  • You can overcome depression and anxiety.

  • You can move from avoidance to being present.

  • You can move from isolation to intimacy.

  • Connect more deeply with those you love.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP):

Ketamine is increasingly being used as an “off-label” treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Combining therapy with this powerful medication can allow us to bypass some of our emotional defenses and open up new doors in therapy.

Ketamine is most often used to aid when therapy or other medications have not been effective. KAP is a good option for those who have tried things in the past to grow and change, but have not found talk therapy to be helpful.

Polyamorous, Ethically-Nonmonogamous, & Kink Relationship Therapy

Relationships can be really hard at times. It can be that much harder if you feel like no one understands your relationship too.

Relationship therapy or couples therapy can be a great way to address emotional or sexual disconnection. It can also help in exploring sexuality together, or aid in navigating your relationship dynamics (Polyamory, Ethical Non-Monogamy, kink). Deepening your experience of your emotions together can help you revive intimacy and connection in your relationships.

It can be hard to find a therapist that truly gets your relationship. We live in a very monogamy-focused, Cis-normative, hetero-normative society. My aim is that I can provide a safe space for you to strengthen and deepen your connection regardless of the shape your relationship dynamic takes.

My Name is Ryan Hicks.

I believe that the pathway to healthy living is by being attuned to our inner-world. Our difficult emotions and thoughts are there to let us know what we need. Our problems come from not having those needs met. I am here to help deepen your emotional experience and meaningfully engage with your experience, so that you can meet your needs and connect with the people you love.

If you are looking to grow, I want to help.
